What kind of services does HoneyComm offer?

Do you offer business start up support?

HoneyComm does not offer business start up support. The health and wellness industry and furthermore consumable products are much more regulated. Therefore, we provide the appropriate resources to ensure your business legitimacy through supplement sales such as Certificates of Anaylsis for each product, along with the guarantee that all products are manufactured in our cGMP Certified facilities. Depending on where you are planning to sell, the requirements will be slightly different, so we recommend consulting with a local tax expert for proper guidance. 

Let's use the USA as a selling example. To set up a business in the United States, you will need to consider a storefront platform (Shopify, BigCommerce, CommerceHQ, WooCommerce, or Groovekart), an LLC, EIN, Business Bank Account, and a Merchant Account/Payment Processor (Payment Cloud or whichever works best for your situation). 

With several members utilizing the platform, won’t the market be saturated?

We must consider that Supplements and Vitamins alone are a global $100+ Billion industry annually - before adding in the CBD and Cosmetics categories. With the strong current and future projected growth, you will have more than a fair opportunity to carve out your niche. For consideration, if every member of HoneyComm were to carve out even a small fraction of a percent of the market - each person would be making a significant amount of money.

How long will it take me to get up and running?

This will be fully dependent on yourself, your work ethic, and potentially, your team. Some of the start-up elements and approvals can take a few days or few weeks and design timelines can be the same. With an established business in the industry, you could be selling your branded products within a few days, having the appropriate resources and time. For most first-time users starting up, you will want to give yourself 1-2 months of prepareation time to have all business elements in order.

Do I need to have a registered trademark to sell HoneyComm products?

No, you do not require a registered trademark to sell HoneyComm products. However, registering your business can have benefits. Before setting up your supplement store, ask yourself basic questions about your store and your goals. This can help you to focus your attention and speed up your setup process. You might also want to think about which pricing plan meets your needs. Here are a few recommendations:

  • Find local experts to get advice on taxes and laws for your business
  • Register your business if necessary, but you can also explore selling online without registering your business.
  • Open a separate business bank account

What type of success should I expect?

The HoneyComm platform is built for you to succeed. Educational resources to set up your products and create your first product labels will the starting point. From there, you have access to proven products (manufacturer’s top sellers) with incredible margins of 300+% on average. Ultimately, it’s going to come down to your marketing ability - presenting the right messaging to a consumer group that needs it, at the correct time. Some users will recapture their investment on the first day of sales, others it may be a growth curve that takes some time. What is the ideal number of products to start selling with?

There is no magic number when it comes to supplement sales. Our Pricing Plans include as little as 5 SKU's and our highest up to 30 SKU's. There are many successful members making 90% of their sales from just 3 products. Once again, it will depend on your marketing ability. Identify your target audience, their needs and aim for a micro-niche to focus your marketing towards. What services are included in the software platform?

In addition to HoneyComm's dropshipping technology, some newer features and service include:

What if I want to change a product or make my own supplements?

Through our Custom formulation services, we are able to create products unique to only you! Due to the nature of the service, they require a Minimum Order Quantity. Get a quote now through our Chat widget or via support@honeycomm.io.

How do the fees and pricing work when it comes to products?

All products within our catalog have a Base Cost and Fulfillment Cost per item, shipping will be extra. Fulfillment cost includes the label spec adjustments, printing, and application, as well as packaging for shipment. We also outline the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price and potential markup. These product prices are pre-negotiated based on the projected volume of the HoneyComm Black membership group as a collective. Meaning, you have the benefit of having preferred pricing of several thousand units, whether you sell 1 unit or 100. There are no Minimum Order Quantities and you only pay for products when you’re selling!

How do refunds work for HoneyComm's services?

Due to the nature of the platform and services, HoneyComm does not offer refunds for delivered services such as Design & Development, Software access and Orders shipped. In the event of a damaged product or wrong label, we will gladly issue a refund and help you process another order. On the other hand, providing wholesale pricing without minimum order quantities means some products rely on demand. Therefore, refunds do not apply for out of stock products. Where are HoneyComm's products manufactured?

Most of our supplements and products are manufactured in the USA. We assemble many of the ingredients and create many of the supplements in our own facilities, but we also source many of our supplements from other US-based suppliers. 

How can I be sure they are quality products?

Every supplier in our system is cGMP Certified, U.S. FDA Registered, and usually carries high level certifications like SQF and ISO. Or course, we always run our own vendor audits and every product goes through our Quality Control process. This often means we can't use certain suppliers even though it may be more convenient for us. Also, keep in mind that there are some ingredients that are not grown in the USA because they are just not available in the USA. 

A good example of this would be Ashwagandha, a popular supplement recommended for calming and immune support. These plants are native to India, Northern Africa, and the Middle East, however, it can now be grown in certain temperatures worldwide. But because this is processed, and the supplement is manufactured in the USA, the "Manufactured in the USA" can still be applied to the label.

In our product catalog, you will also see that each product has an associated Certificate of Analysis (COA) - we also provide 3rd Party COA’s as well to ensure product quality.
