Follow these 3 easy steps to fulfill any orders, directly through your dashboard! Also, learn what happens after you pay, our recommendations and what times we fulfill our orders. Let's dive in!

Fulfilling your E-commerce Orders

Step 1: First, you want to navigate to your central hub for all incoming sales. Go to Dashboard> Orders> Place Orders to view a fresh and organized list of all orders pending to fulfill 

Step 2: Once you have selected the orders you wish to fulfill, click on the Order All button to the right of the order.


Step 3: Click Pay and that's it! Your order has been sent to our fulfillment team! 

Pro Tip: To avoid unnecessary delays, check Placed Orders daily around 9 or 10 AM Eastern Time

What happens after I pay?

Once you pay, our dedicated fulfillment team gets to work, ensuring your customers receive their orders promptly. Orders are fulfilled by 11 AM on weekdays. Remember, weekend orders wait until Monday. 


Your Order Status

You can also review the status of your order by going to the Tracking option in the side-bar menu and clicking Sync with Supplier to get the most up-to-date information. You can also search for an order by using the Order ID or Tracking Number, and then clicking the magnifying glass.

 What is the Bulk Actions option?

With the Bulk Actions button you have the ability to Archive Orders, Delete Order or Export your orders to keep for your own business records.
