Define what each setting is and how it can benefit your business. First, locate your Orders Settings section by clicking on the gear icon on the top right corner. It will look like the image below



The majority of store owner needs are listed in this section, however, we want to give you the option to customize this for your business. Let's go through each setting!

Save Supplier Order ID as standard Order Notes 

Enabling the Save Your Supplier Order ID as standard Order Notes will automatically save the Supplier Order ID in the Notes field in your store - this may be visible to some of your customers. This will simply push the Order ID for a Customer Order inside of your eCommerce Store Order information. You would want to enable this if you are using any eCommerce platform outside of Shopify

Save Supplier Order ID as Additional Details

This option will automatically save the Supplier Order ID in the additional details field in Shopify - this may be visible to some customers. Enabeling this option will simply push the Order ID for a Customer Order inside of your Shopify Store Order information. You would want to enable this only if you are using the Shopify platform.

Save Supplier Order ID as Order Tag

Enabling this option will allow HoneyComm to automatically add the Supplier Order ID as a Tag, making them searchable from within your Shopify store.

Send Custom Line Attributes along with the note to the seller

You would only enable this option if you sell products where the user is able to customize the item then you’ll find our Custom Line Attributes feature useful.

This feature is compatible with apps that let you create more options for the product, such as the Product Options app by Bold or the Infinite Options app.

In those cases, the custom line attributes will be sent along with the custom note to the supplier

Enable Order Risk Levels

If you're using Shopify Payments, the Enable Order Risk Levels option will show the Fraud risk for transactions on your Honeycomm orders page. Great to spot those high risk orders before you place them!

Enable notification(s) for Delayed Tracking Number syncing

If you Enable the Enable notification(s) for Delayed Tracking Number syncing option, you will be notified if your supplier hasn't shipped an order within X days, which you can define in the options that open up below. You can also choose the method you can be notified and whether or not you want to highlight these orders so they stand out to you.

Tags

Entering information into the blank field for Tags - Tracking Number Added creates a tag(s) out of that information on the Shopify order when a tracking number is added to HoneyComm.

Private Label Ordering

Here, you can set the default shipping option you wish to have auto-selected for your fulfillment orders. You can choose Standard or Expedited shipping as your default. Don’t worry, you are able to change this for any orders placed inside of the My Basket feature. As well, where Expedited shipping is not available, Standard will be automatically used.

Click Save once you are finished!
